How can I place an order?

You can place an order through our secured website, www.yourbabysneeds.com.  You can also call us at 646-330-4689 to place your order.

 

When are orders processed?

Orders received after 3pm Est on any business day, will be processed the <strong>NEXT</strong> business day.  While your order is being processed, please allow at least 7 business days to pass before inquiring about your order.

 

How can I pay for my purchases?

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged on the day your order ships.

 

How do I view and track my orders?

You can check your order status 24/7! You will receive an Automatic Shipment Notification. Whenever an order is shipped out to our customer, you''ll receive an email confirmation with a link to the tracking number.

 

What shipper do you use?

Unless otherwise specified, we ship all orders USPS (except for our Personalized signs, which is shipped <strong>exclusively</strong>Priority USPS).  For free shipping, we reserve the right to choose which carrier to use.


What is your Return/Exchange policy?

At Your Baby''s Needs, Inc, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we''ll assist you with a prompt refund/store credit or exchange less any shipping and handling fee charges incurred.</p>\r\n<p>All returns/exchanges must be accompanied with an authorized in advance, please contact us with any questions or concerns. Please send your package, including your return and exchange form via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return unworn items to us and we will gladly issue you a refund or credit your account for a future purchase.</p>\r\n<p>-All items must be new condition, clean, unworn with all tags attached and in it is original packaging.</p>\r\n<p>-All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging.</p>\r\n<p>-We must be notified within seven (7) days of receipt that you intend to return merchandise.<br />&nbsp;<br />-We will not accept any merchandise without a return authorization.&nbsp; Returns will not be accepted without a valid (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization. To obtain a RMA Number, please email us at <a href="mailto:contact@yourbabysneeds.com">contact@yourbabysneeds.com</a>.</p>\r\n<p>-Returns must be completed within fourteen (14) days.<br />&nbsp;<br />-Returns must be accompanied by original receipt (or invoice)</p>\r\n<p>-Customer is responsible for return shipping charges</p>\r\n<p>-Credits for return merchandise will be issued within 20 days after receipt of the returns.</p>\r\n<p>-All tags must still be attached to garment</p>\r\n<p>-Shipping charges paid are non refundable.</p>\r\n<p>-Returns purchased with any discounted offers (including Free shipping, sale item etc) will invalidate the discount provided.</p>\r\n<p>-Garment may not have been worn, used or washed</p>\r\n<p>-Items not returned within&nbsp;14 days or not in original condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.</p>\r\n<p>-Merchandise ordered and refused upon delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee plus shipping paid will be non refundable</p>\r\n<p>-We will credit your credit card for the amount of the merchandise only. We cannot refund shipping charges. Credit will be provided in the exact manner as payment was received. Can we return personalized items?

Personalized items cannot be returned.

 

When do you ship?

We ship on business days.&nbsp; We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays and they are not counted as business days.&nbsp; We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes, any order with shipping to a P.O. Box will be delayed.


Do you ship to Canada?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada at the moment.&nbsp; We ship to&nbsp;the Contiguous 48 States.

 

How much is shipping?

We offer a Flat Rate Shipping of $8.75 for all orders under $60.00.  FREE SHIPPING for all orders $60 or more!
